Are you interested in joining our Board of Trustees?

The Black Swimming Association is seeking individuals who can bring specific skills and knowledge to our Board of Trustees and treasury position. We are keen for our Board to reflect the 95% of Black adults and 93% of Asian adults in England who currently do not swim and are disengaged with the country’s aquatics sector. Having a background or experience in aquatics is ideal but not mandatory and we are also welcoming candidates who may not have served on a board before as we aim to provide mentorship and training to new or inexperienced trustees who wish to contribute to our movement of social change.
